The new theater temple, the second home of the actors, is located on the left bank of the Vardar River. It was built on the foundations of the old theater laid in 1927. In addition to the main function of the theater (drama), it also represents a museum in itself, given the ornamentation presented on the boxes. The interior presents part of the rich Macedonian cultural heritage, which will also be presented through the virtual museum. An impressive moment in the theater is the central sculptural composition of the five founders of the Macedonian theater: Jordan Hadzi Konstantinov - Dzinot, Anton Panov, Risto Krle, Vasil Iljoski and Vojdan Chernodrinski, which is placed in the central foyer of the theater, as well as the theatrical performance of 9 female figures, presented in ethno-folk components, and musicians are presented around them. The entire composition is flanked by the muse of comedy Thalia and the muse of tragedy Melpomene. As for the ornamentation, the large hall is ornamented with fragments taken from archaeological finds in Macedonia, a fragment of the iconostasis in the Bigorski Monastery and the Church of St. Spas in Skopje. The ceiling presents the most representative archaeological artifacts from the 6th century BC to the 6th century AD. In the other parts, the muses are presented as protectors of art and science. Here are presented significant mosaics, ceramic vessels, iconostases, marble slabs, etc. All of them date from the 6th century BC to the 19th century. Most of the details are taken from the early Christian capitals in Heraclea and Stobi, the marble slabs from the Church of St. Sophia in Ohrid, as well as the only and unique iconostases in Macedonia made by the team of Petre Filipovski - Garkata.
